Please be advised that due to the high volume of deliveries over peak periods, such as Christmas, our couriers operate extended hours. They may attempt to deliver ahead of your chosen date to ensure it arrives in time. For example, some orders placed for delivery on Tuesday may be delivered on the Sunday or Monday prior.

Source Climate Change Coffee cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities confiscate any item or charge any import duty. We have indicated where possible of any charges that we are aware of however this is just a guideline as charges can change daily.

Parcel Weights

Please note, the weights shown on product pages refer to product weights only, and not the packed weight of the parcel item. As such, parcel weights are likely to be more than the combined weight of the items within.

Tracking Your Order

Please check your order confirmation email for the expected delivery date. You will receive an email upon despatch of your order. For your convenience, all our delivery options are trackable and your despatch email will include a tracking link that will allow you to track your order.

P.O. Boxes

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Tax & Duties

In some countries import tax and duties, which are beyond our control, may have to be paid by the recipient on delivery of the parcel.

Incomplete or Inaccurate Addresses

We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using the postcode finder or call our Customer Service Team for assistance.
