We need to ensure that organic producers are rewarded for their efforts
Sales of #organic #coffee are on the rise across the UK. Producing beans worthy of organic certification, however, is a challenging process that predominantly falls on small coffee farmers. Production of organic coffee, usually leads to 40% less yields, so it is only right that farmers are paid a higher, fair price for their crops and are supported in every way possible to make sure they don’t carry the financial burden alone.
